Learning that becomes behavior. Behavior that becomes performance.

ACT is built around behavior change. I work with individuals, teams and organizations to clarify what needs to happen differently in practice, identify what supports or hinders action and build the conditions in which it can be applied and repeated. My experience comes from Learning & Development, where I have built and scaled onboarding, training and performance systems in high-volume operational environments. I combine training, coaching, behavioral analysis and process optimization to connect learning with observable results in real work.

Self-assessments

Choose the right self-assessment

These self-assessments are practical tools designed to show where the shift breaks down: from intention to action, or from learning to applied behavior.

Personal Assessment

For individuals and 1-to-1 coaching. It shows where clarity, decision, action, friction, personal context, feedback and progress are getting blocked.

Organizational Assessment

For teams, managers and organizations. It shows where learning transfer breaks down: KPIs, observable behaviors, context, manager reinforcement, feedback and execution.

Applied behavior change

How intention becomes behavior that lasts

This is the ACT perspective on applied change: define the action, identify what influences it and build the conditions in which it can be repeated. TICA explains the behavior mechanism, while the Process shows how it becomes an intervention and a sequence of practical steps.

Define the behavior

We clarify what the person needs to do, in which situation and what good execution looks like. Behavior becomes observable rather than a general intention.

Identify the blockage

We examine the trigger, interpretation, context, ability and friction that influence action in real life or real work.

Stabilize the change

We use practice, feedback, measurement and adjustment until the action can be repeated and sustained without permanent dependence on the initial impulse.

Behavior change in individual work

Clarity. Decision. Repeatable action.

In ACT, coaching is not just conversation. It is a process in which we clarify the desired behavior, understand what blocks it and build an applicable step in the real context. The goal is not only for an action to appear, but for it to be repeated and adjusted.

ACT means applied change, not only intention.
Learning becomes valuable when it produces observable, repeatable behavior supported by context.
