This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the ACT website, the contact form and the Action Map self-assessment tools.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Alfred Cristian Tudosă / ACT, Romania. For questions about personal data, contact contact@b4act.ro.

2. Data that may be processed

• Contact form: name, email, conversation type, message and, if you choose to attach it, the PDF document uploaded voluntarily.
• Optional PDF document: the document is used only to review and respond to the request you submitted.
• Direct communication: information you choose to send by email or through other contact channels.
• Technical data: if the site is published online, hosting providers may process usual technical data such as IP address, browser or access time through security and operational logs.

3. Action Map and test results

The Action Map tools are indicative self-assessments. Answers and results are calculated locally in the browser. They are not automatically sent to ACT and are not saved on a server.

If you choose to download the result or later send it by email/form, that document or message becomes part of the communication you voluntarily provide.

4. Purposes

• replying to messages and requests sent through the form;
• organizing a conversation or clarifying a possible collaboration;
• technical administration and security of the website;
• compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.

5. Legal basis

Data may be processed based on your consent, pre-contractual steps requested by you, legitimate interest in replying to requests and protecting the website, or legal obligation where applicable.

6. Retention

Messages received through the form or email are kept only as long as necessary to manage the request and usually for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal obligations or to protect a right.

7. Sharing

Data is not sold. It may be processed by technical providers needed for hosting, forms, email, security or website operation. These providers act within the limits of the technical services they provide.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority.

9. Cookies and tracking

In its current form, the website is not built for marketing cookies or profiling. If analytics, marketing pixels, newsletter tools or similar technologies are added later, this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism will be displayed.
